EVENT SCHEDULE The Barefoot Hawaiian performs a significant number of shows annually that are open to the general public. Best of all, the majority of these shows are completely FREE or, may require at most, a small admission fee charged by the event's sponsoring organization, for entrance to their event. If you have not yet witnessed the Barefoot Hawaiian experience, this is your opportunity to do so with no risk and little or no expense. If you are thinking about hiring the Barefoot Hawaiian for your event, we invite you come out and see us at one of our public shows. We are certain you will agree that we are #1 in Hawaiian Entertainment. Saw us last year? Then you will still want to come out and see us this year. Remember, the Barefoot Hawaiian completely changes and puts on a new show every year. The theme and title for the 2026 luau season show is Reflections of Polynesia (To protect the privacy of our clients, this schedule does not contain our private show schedule, which is confidential)

We will be performing a 30-minute show from 4:30 to 5:00 PM that will feature an Emcee and 5 Dancers. More details will be provided as we get closer to the event. Warrenville Public Library District 28 W 701 Stafford Place Warrenville, IL 60555 630-393-1171 Warrenville Public Library District Web Site Sunday, June 14, 2026 "Tiki Bash" Plainfield, Illinois 4:00 - 6:00 PM The Plainfield Park District is hosting its "Tiki Bash" at the Ottawa Street Pool. The bash runs from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. The Barefoot Hawaiian will be providing Polynesian and Island background music through the sound system from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Then at 5:00 PM the Barefoot Hawaiian will be performing a 1-hour Polynesian show that will feature an Emcee and 2 dancers The show finale at 6:00 PM is the exciting fire-knife dance performance. JULY EVENTS Friday, July 3, 2026 Wilmette Fun and Fireworks Festival Wilmette, Illinois 7:15 - 8:15 PM On Friday, July 3, Wilmette will be holding their Fun and Fireworks Independence Day Celebration Festival. More information is yet to come on this event (check out what happened last year in 2025 by visiting our events archive - links at top of page) but what we have for now is what we are doing: The Barefoot Hawaiian will be the performing on the Wallace Bowl prior to the Wilmette Fireworks Show. The Barefoot Hawaiian 1-Hour show will consist of an Emcee, 3 Dancers, and 1 Fire Dancer. Further details of this event will be provided once they are known. Sponsored by the Wilmette Park District Cost: FREE The Fun and Fireworks Festival is at Gillson park Wilmette, Illinois Saturday, July 11, 2026 Family Campout & Bonfire Wilmette, Illinois 7:00 - 8:15 PM On Saturday, July 11, the Wilmette Park District will be holding a Family Campout and Bonfire event right on the beach at their Gillson Park. The Barefoot Hawaiian 1-hour and 15 minute show will consist of an Emcee and 4 Dancers. Further details of this event will be provided once they are known. Roselle Road Schaumburg, IL The show will be in the park across the street from the library Monday, July 20, 2026 "Echoes of the Island" Grayslake, IL 7:00 - 7:45 PM This is the library's Cultural Themed Night. The Barefoot Hawaiian will be putting on a 45-minute show from 7:00 to 7:45 PM for this event. The show will consist of an Emcee and 2 dancers. Grayslake Area Public Library 100 Library Lane Grayslake, IL 60030 Friday, July 24, 2026 RIPH Annual Tiki Event for 2026 Blue Island, Illinois 8:30 - 9:30 PM Further details to come but for now, a featured performance of this weekend-long event is the Barefoot Hawaiian on Friday night. Enjoy a full 1-hour performance that features 3 dancers that starts at 8:30 PM and ends at 9:30 PM, while enjoying some food and beverages at this popular spot in Rock Island. The entertainment will start at 12:30 PM with 30-minutes of live music performed by a Barefoot Hawaiian musician. At 1:00 pm there will be a 45-minute show featuring an Emcee and 3 Dancers. The entertainment will conclude with 30 additional minutes of live music from 1:45 to 2:15 PM. Further information on this event to come once it is known Heritage Park At the Pool 506 W. So far, as of this posting (2/2/2026), the Barefoot Hawaiian show is all that is known. (Last year it also included a Pig Roast and concert.) This will be a family-friendly event.
